Good things all round. I baked the ham today and made a coulis from the blackberries and sloes we picked a few months ago now. This little bottle comes out for Christmas drinks, sauces savoury and sweet. This evening I have been wrapping presents using all the pretty packaging and ephemera I have collected during the year. David cut out some stars from vintage postcards but the Lee Miller one we left in tact for Luci to enjoy.  I felt much better today after my spa morning with my two beautiful daughters. Tomorrow then we will be making puddings: a chocolate log, little chocolate pots and chocolate truffles. Yes the fam likes chocolate.
