We had a lovely lunch together the highlight of which was Luci's cake which goes very nicely with soft fruit, cream or crème anglaise. This cake is light and lemony and I think it is a Nigella recipe. I decided to make a very simple cold table with lobster tails as a special treat. The dressing in the pic is a yogurt mayo mix with tarragon from the garden but I also made a raw egg mayo with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Pudding was as the photos; we had time this afternoon to grind coffee beans and sit at table for a good long while.
